Eric Haug is an attorney in Tallahassee, Florida, with 30 years of experience working with individuals, businesses, financial institutions, charter schools, and nonprofit organizations in a broad range of practice areas. Eric’s primary practice areas include estate planning & probate, business & corporate law, trademarks & copyrights, real estate & landlord tenant law, creditor rights, construction, probate & trust litigation, as well as board & general counsel. A resident of Tallahassee, Eric also has extensive experience in government affairs & public policy.

In the past, Eric worked at large and small law firms and started his own practice in 2011 in order to provide the personalized, hands-on attention his clients deserve. In addition to private law practice, Mr. Haug has served as a state agency general counsel, director of legislative affairs, legislative staff director, and executive for a non-profit faith-based organization. A driven and compassionate attorney, Eric works directly with his clients, personally representing and advocating for them as individuals or on behalf of their businesses.

Eric is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts, all Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts in Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Outside of the office, Mr. Haug enjoys a variety of diverse interests including spending time outdoors camping and hiking, photography, completing home renovation projects and is an avid vehicle enthusiast (including cars and Jeeps).
