Creditor Rights Law

Securing debts owed to a business is not as straightforward as it would seem. In the field of creditor’s rights law, I represent creditors in all State and Federal courts in Florida, including all bankruptcy courts in Florida. My goal is to secure a resolution and recover debts as quickly as possible for financial institutions, and other secured and unsecured creditors.

I regularly assist financial institutions with the prosecution of claims for:

  • Credit card debt
  • Delinquent loans
  • Personal guaranty or pledge enforcement
  • Open accounts
  • Breach of contract
  • Private financing agreements

FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, FCCPA Claims

I also represent financial institutions, business creditors and collectors in defense of statutory claims filed under various State and Federal collections law.

I regularly defend financial institutions, and other creditors, in defense of statutory claims including the:

  • Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act
  • Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act

“Debtor, Creditor and Bankruptcy Law require a nuanced understanding of financial law and the ability to get the best resolution in a time-sensitive manner.”
